A Journey through the Subconscious

Did you know that the subconscious mind controls most behavioral patterns? As awakened souls, we know that we have Free Will, which means that our soul is in charge of what takes place in our lives. When we are young and go through our soul lessons, our energetic system is wired to deal with the patterns of our Soul Lessons. However, when we become adults, our system is still wired in the way we set it up as a child.
This means that we continue to run patterns that are not serving us any longer. We collect trauma that sits on our system, not allowing us to shift the energetic pattern.
As we go through life, we find that there are things that we desire and things that we don't. Often times, we experience the same patterns over and over. If you desire to shift things, like weight, a health issue or a type of person or situation you're attracting, the subconscious mind will keep you in a loop. Even with the strongest will power, the subconscious wins.
This is because of energetic blocks in the system. EVERY block has a fear under it. Think of it like this: there was a part of you when you were little that didn't want to experience a particular thing. It set up an armed guard in your system that is designed to protect it. You don't know about this fear or the armed guard you placed in your system. Then you try to go on a diet to lose weight. That armed guard will do everything in it's power to prevent you from losing that weight because it is a protection.
Think about all the different ways in life your system could set up protections. Together we journey into your subconscious and collaborate on the best approach to calm your system and give it proper adult protections. Then we remove the "guard" or the block in the way so that you can experience what you desire.
I mostly work with individuals who are experiencing Anxiety, weight, depression, exhaustion, boundary crossers, energy leaks and a lack of knowing how to communicate with their body directly.
I also work with individuals experiencing other health issues and repeating life patterns.

Not your Average Energy Healer
How Heather is a bit different:
I believe in the fundamental principle of FREE WILL. I believe that everyone can heal themselves. My method is to guide you through the process so that YOU can learn how to shift your energy and manage your energy in your daily life. By working with me, I will find your soul curriculum (set of lessons in this life) and teach it to you. This will allow you to see clearly WHY things are happening/have happened in your life and learn these lessons as well as make corrections according to what you desire to put in place.
I teach about the ENERGETIC BODY and how this structure governs what happens in your life. Together we consciously restructure this body to be shaped in the way you desire it to be. For example, you can be doing everything right in your business, but if your energetic structure doesn't have a place for money to land in your system, you either won't pull in money or it will go from you immediately. With health, many of us have subconscious beliefs that we are unaware of. The body holds so much powerful information and I love diving into the messages and translating what your body is trying to tell you!
My work is interactive, so that you have a conscious decision in all aspects of what takes place. I find many Energy Healers do clearings. And while that is wonderful, I feel like sometimes that may not last because the individual didn't restructure their own system. I also work with your soul path to give you greater insight into what your major lessons/trials are and what way to best tend to your own system. It is powerful and deep work and I am so honored to be doing this for you!

The Session
The session is done remotely via phone or Skype. A typical Energy Healing session will begin with a brief conversation about what you are wanting more information on. This can be a life or health issue. We will use this issue as a beginning point to find out what your system is trying to tell you. Your body and life circumstances are trying to give you a message. In this session we are deciding to listen and take action to put you into alignment with what your system/or soul desires.
Then, I guide you through a process of grounding and relaxation. Together we look into the area that is most affected by this situation or circumstance in your life to find the stuck energy or the structure that is ready to shift. This is similar to a guided meditation. I guide you through an initial meditation to start, then we begin to discuss what is taking place.
When we get a clear idea of where this energy is located in your system, I guide you through a process to learn more information from it (why it is here), then I guide you through the process of removing it. The information you gather about why it is in your system will help you to understand how to prevent it from taking place again. We can then restructure your system using this information so that you can operate in the world with ease.
