Single 90 minute session - $200
This session can be used for an energy healing or coaching session or a blend of both. I also offer Aspbergers support as well.
It is designed for individuals who are ready to take action on shifting situations and patterns in their life. In this session we dive in and explore your SPECIFIC issues that are transpiring in your life. In these sessions we get to the root of what is causing your situation and come up with tangible steps that you can take to shift the experiences you are having.

An energy session is a guided journey into your own energy system. We will get clear on exactly what you desire to shift before the energy portion of the session begins. I will guide you to the entry point and we will begin to discuss what comes up for each of us. I will teach this process to you. As we proceed through your session, you get to choose the adjustments that you desire. I will teach you how to create these adjustments.

My session with Heather was amazing! Throughout the entire experience, she was very gentle and very clear on what she was doing. She continuously asked me for permission before moving forward with anything. We worked on a couple chakras and after the session I felt a huge amount of tension and worry had dissipated. I've worked with energy workers before but Heather had a unique approach that was very refreshing and worked very well. I highly recommend working with Heather!
